Sign-in guide
Log in to your Winbox MY account on the H5 site or the app. The button opens Winbox in a new tab. Below: the steps, and what to do when it does not work.
Four steps, the same on H5 and in the app.
Tap "Log in on Winbox" on this page, or Login in the bottom bar. Winbox opens in a new tab. If you use the app, open it from your home screen instead.
Open Winbox loginType the username you signed up with, then your password. Watch out for auto-correct adding a capital letter or a space at the end. Passwords are case-sensitive.
If it asks for an OTP or another check, enter the code on that screen only. The code is for you alone. Nobody from support needs it.
Once you are in, you will see your account and the game lobby. Check that the page looks right before you deposit anything.
Same account, two doors. Use whichever you have.

Most login problems are one of these five. Tap one to see the fix.
Retype both slowly. Check caps lock, and check that auto-fill has not used an old password. If you still cannot get in, use the forgot password or reset option on the login screen rather than guessing again and again.
Wait a minute before asking for a new code. Check that you have signal and that the phone number on your account is one you still use. If you asked for more than one code, use the newest one.
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, then reload. On H5, clearing your browser cache for the site often fixes a page stuck on an old version.
See if the app shows an update prompt and follow it. If it still fails, try logging in on H5. If H5 works, the problem is the app on your phone, not your account.
Stop retrying, because more attempts will not help. Contact support through the help option Winbox provides and explain what you see. This guide cannot unlock or reset accounts.
Use the forgot password or reset option on the Winbox login screen and follow the on-screen prompts. If it asks for an OTP, enter it there and nowhere else.
Pick a new password you have not used before, then update your browser or password manager so auto-fill does not keep the old one.
Never ask someone in a group chat to reset it for you, and never send your password to anyone who says they are from support. A real reset happens on the login screen, by you.
House rule
Copycat pages sometimes look like the Winbox login to catch your password. They usually arrive through a random message, a group chat or an ad. Three habits keep you safe:
If you think you typed your details into a fake page, change your password from the real login right away.
Quick answers about signing in.
Yes. It is one account, so the same username and password work in the browser and in the app. Your balance and history follow your account, not the device.
The username and password you created when you registered. If you have not registered yet, do that first.
No. We are an independent guide and have no access to any account. Use the reset option on the Winbox login screen, or ask support inside Winbox.
Change your password right away using your own saved link or the app, then use only that from now on. If you see activity you do not recognise, contact support inside Winbox.
