Which one should I choose?
If you only play now and then, H5 is enough: open the link, log in and play. If Winbox is something you open most days, the app saves you typing the link each time. Your account is the same either way, so your balance and history follow you whichever you use. You can start on H5 today and install the app later.
Install on Android
Your phone's screens may look a little different. Read each prompt before you tap.

Use the "Download the app" button on this page. It opens Winbox in a new tab, where you choose the Android download.

Your phone may say it cannot install apps from this source and offer a shortcut to a setting. If you choose to go ahead, allow it for the browser you are using, then go back. You can switch that setting off again afterwards.
Install and open
Follow the on-screen prompts to install. When it is done, open the app from your home screen or app drawer.
Log in
Log in with your existing username and password, or register if you are new. It is the same account you use on H5.
On iPhone
Tap "Download the app" on your iPhone and follow what the Winbox page shows for your device. Read every prompt your iPhone gives you before you tap, and do not install profiles or apps that other people send you as files or links.
If there is no install option for your device when you look, you are not missing out. Open the H5 lobby in Safari, tap the share button and choose Add to Home Screen. You get an icon that opens straight into the same lobby, with the same account.
Keeping the app up to date
When a new version is out, the app may show an update prompt when you open it. Follow the prompts. If the app stops working after a while, check for an update before you try anything else.
To reinstall, delete the old app, then download again from the button here. Your account stays with your login, not the phone.
Download safely
Fake apps are the easiest way to lose a password. Four rules:
- Only download from the button here or a link you already trust and have saved.
- Never install an app file a stranger sends you on WhatsApp, Telegram or in a group chat.
- Skip "modded" or "hacked" versions that promise extra wins. They are a common way to steal logins.
- If an app asks you to type your password somewhere unusual, stop and log in on H5 instead.
Typed your details into an app you are unsure about? Delete it and change your password from thereal login right away.
App not working?
Common install problems and what to try.
The phone says the app was not installed
There may not be enough free storage, or an older copy may be in the way. Free up some space, remove any old Winbox app, then download again from the button here.
The download stops halfway
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data and try again. Keep the screen on until the download finishes.
The app opens to a blank screen
Close it fully and open it again. If it is still blank, check for an update. Meanwhile, use H5.

Do I need the Winbox MY app to play?
No. H5 opens the same lobby in your phone browser. The app simply saves you a few taps if you play often.
Will my existing account work in the app?
Yes. Log in with the same username and password. Your balance and history belong to your account, not to the phone.
Why does my phone warn me during the install?
Phones often warn you before installing an app from a file you downloaded. Read the warning, and only continue if you started the download from the button here or another link you trust.
Does Winbox MY Hub make the app?
No. We do not make or host any app. The Download button sends you to Winbox, and the app comes from there.
